Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak shopping periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options, so you can choose the best one for your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Below are our standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
    • Free on orders over $50 (U.S. only)
    • Flat rate: $4.99 for orders under $50 (U.S. only)
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Flat rate: $9.99
    • Available for U.S. orders only
  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
    • Flat rate: $19.99
    • Available for U.S. orders only
  • International Shipping:

    • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track the status of your delivery.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.

Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday seasons.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs processing for international orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at theeboujeebrat@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered.
